Une jeune femme amatrice de jeux vidéos, Kagami Keina, mène une vie tranquille jusqu'au jour où elle est victime d'un accident paralysant son corps de moitié. Depuis, elle est sur un lit d'hôpital, reliée par de nombreuses machines qui la maintiennent en vie. Un jour, une panne de courant survient et Keina décède.
